Did you bleed the air from the fuel system(the top filter) if not then that will cause a no start due to a air lock. Up to $15 cash back 2004 f250 6.0 engines turns over but won't start. Unless it's really cold 6.0's will start without them.

The first step is to remove. Fuel pump is working, filters new. Wont start possible causes is / out of fuel / air leak in suction lines / restricted fuel line or filter / defective fuel supply pump / defective.
